About me
I’m Ali Chhaib, a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion with 25 years of international experience. I’ve lived 17 years overseas (Spain, Greece, Turkey, Malta, Croatia, Tunisia & Egypt) and visited over 80 destinations, gaining a deep understanding of cultural dynamics and how to bridge differences effectively.​

Born in Belgium with Moroccan-Amazigh roots, I grew up balancing Arab culture at home and Western values at school, shaping my cultural intelligence early on.
Evgenia, my Greek partner and I, together for 22 years, have shared a life filled with international experiences.​

After a successful career in tourism, I’ve turned my passion into a full-time mission: helping businesses embrace diversity and create inclusive spaces.
